With self-paced training, regular gradings and lots of support from instructors and fellow students, anyone of just about any fitness level can participate – and now, with the introduction of Rhee Taekwon-do’s new Pee Rhee programme (for 3 to 5 year olds), Rhee Taekwon-do truly is a martial art for all ages!

In everything we do, we assist people in reaching their full potential. We believe in thinking differently. We challenge people to improve themselves by gradually but firmly establishing respect, courtesy, integrity, self control and an indomitable spirit into their lives. We just also happen to teach effective self defence.
